Concept Art: Everquest Gates of Discord Hound

"A once peaceful race of people, now enslaved and oppressed for generations, are used as violent berserker shock troops, under the control of a Discord priest."
I imagined that this was nothing more than a normal human that over time adapted to walking and running on all fours. The chain is tied to his harness and has a leather cord and dragon hair which is used to facilitate magic-using abilities of the owner.
Since all of the characters/creatures from this expansion had their origin in a realm without light, one of the unifying visual elements across characters was a covering or damage to the eyes to protect them from being blinded when they arrived in any realm with light.

The scar patterns on his body are symbolic of interdimensional travel through portals. The symbol etched on his neck collar was supposed to be the symbol of a dragon they served.
