SpongeBob Squarepants Toy Production Management and Design Work

Production Management and Design: Here are some examples of my work on the Spongebob Squarepants team that I contributed to the 2019 and 2020 Toy Lineup for Alpha Group/Nickelodeon.

I worked with some amazing people who enlisted my help to participate in all stages of toy production, from concept to final product.

This process included managing all stages of development between domestic licensor Nickelodeon and oversees manufacturing Alpha Group/Auldey Toys in China for the animated show and movie merchandise. Taking art from conceptual design to final product included documenting design discussion exchanges between Alpha Group and Nickelodeon, tracking of all prototypes previewed in China, NY, and various Toy Fairs, problem-solving design issues, and photographing and cataloging of production samples.

My design contributions consisted of creating Inked linework, illustrations, cleanup, and color palettes for conceptual design and manufacturing.
